上一期我们讲解了关于考研小作文中，书信的功能句。本期小编和大家一起分享，考研小作文另一类题材——通知类的功能句。

通知的写法

通知写法跟书信类似，但是通知不用写开头的称呼，只用在开始行的中间写上“Notice”。通知一般分三段

第一段：表明写通知的动机，目的。

第二段：通知的具体要点，题目有规定，如果没有规定，要靠自己合理想象补充。

第三段：表示感谢和祝好。

01. 第一段的写法

常用句型：

I am writing the notice in order to do…

I am writing the notice for the purpose of doing…

I am writing the notice with a view to doing…

I am writing the notice so that +句子

以上均可翻译成为：我写此通知的目的是……。

02. 第二段的写法

常用句型:

1. Please kindly pay attention to what runs as follows:

First, …. Second, …. Last, ….

敬请注意如下内容：首先，……。其次，……。最后，……。

2. I would like to draw your attention to what runs as follows:

First, …. Second, …. Last, ….

敬请注意如下内容：首先，……。其次，……。最后，……。

03. 第三段写法

1. Thank you for your attention. With best wishes.

感谢关注，顺祝好。

2. I do appreciate your attention. I wish you all the best.

感谢关注，顺祝如意。

3. I am grateful to you for your attention. With my best regards to you. 感谢关注，顺致问候。
